River Raven Sanctuary is designed for groups and individuals doing meaningful work—work that requires space to sense, think, reflect, connect, and align.
Corporate and Strategic Retreats
Leadership teams, boards, nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and companies hosting clients and guests in an exceptional Alaska setting
Getting away from the office isn't enough. You need a space that thinks alongside you—where beauty, comfort, and stillness reveal something more.
River Raven Sanctuary is where leaders and teams come to discover, dream, design, and align. This is identity architecture for organizations—the work of becoming who you're meant to be, together.
What guests remember most isn't the strategy they built. It's the connections they deepen. In a world of compounding acceleration, River Raven Sanctuary offers something increasingly rare—time, presence, and the conditions for genuine human connection.
Your time here can be:
2-3+ day intensive retreats
Strategic planning and visioning sessions
Team alignment and culture work
Executive leadership development
Board retreats
Client and guest hosted events
The entire sanctuary becomes yours—twelve private guest rooms, all gathering spaces, riverside deck, and catered meals. Every stay includes an onsite host. The level of facilitation is yours to choose.
Pegge can facilitate your retreat directly, or work alongside your facilitator or consultant to hold the environment for deep work. She brings appreciative inquiry process, vision and guiding principles work, and decades of facilitation experience to every strategic engagement.
Hosted Events & Gatherings
River Raven Sanctuary is an exceptional setting for client entertainment, fishing derbies, company celebrations, and executive gatherings. Pegge works directly with your coordinator as onsite host, ensuring every detail of your event is held with the same care and intentionality as everything else at River Raven Sanctuary.
Custom Alaska Experiences
For groups seeking something beyond the retreat room—a full immersion in Alaska’s wildness—Pegge can design and coordinate complete week-long experiences for lodge groups.
With deep local connections and decades in this landscape, Pegge can curate an extraordinary week that might include salmon fishing on the Kenai River, Kasilof River, a saltwater halibut fishing day, a flyout across the inlet for fishing and bear viewing, a wilderness hike, gold panning, bird watching, a Kenai Fjords boat tour in Resurrection Bay. Cultural experiences and local connections woven throughout.
This is Alaska the way few ever experience it—fully held, expertly designed, and built around your group’s energy and intention.
If this is new territory for you, that’s exactly why Pegge is here.

All Open the Present experiences begin with a conversation. To inquire or explore what might be possible, contact Pegge directly, and join the “Stay in Touch” list below.
You may be navigating a leadership transition, a reinvention, or a quiet crisis of meaning. You may be wrestling with your personal power, voice, visibility—or with the invisible weight of over-responsibility, relational self-abandonment, self-doubt, and the habit of putting everyone else first.
These aren't problems to be solved with better tactics. They are invitations to listen more deeply—to the still inner voice that already intuits who you're becoming. And then to do the courageous work of designing what comes next.
Are you ready?
There comes a moment when everything you've achieved is no longer enough. Not because it wasn't real, or worthy, or hard-won. But because something deeper is asking to emerge.
You've done the work. You've held it together. And now there's a restlessness that achievement can't solve—a longing for belonging that goes beyond accomplishment, for creativity beyond productivity, for a life built from your deepest self rather than your most conditioned one.
Sometimes we arrive here carried by restlessness. Sometimes by grief. Sometimes by the quiet knowing that the life we built, however beautiful, was built for someone we're no longer quite becoming. All of it is welcome. All of it is a passageway.
River Raven Sanctuary exists for times like these.
This is a place where seekers and leaders come to shift—from over-performing to presence, from inherited identity to intentional becoming, from the nervous system of survival to the nervous system of creativity and belonging.
Whether you come for a multi-day retreat, an intimate small-group experience, VIP Day, or a private intensive, you arrive into a field designed for one thing: making it safe enough to imagine what's actually possible for you.
This work is co-created. Pegge doesn't welcome you with answers—she arrives with presence, deep listening, invitational and transformational inquiry, poetry and story, and decades of holding space for people in the middle of becoming. Spirit is the third partner in every conversation. You don't have to know where you're going. You do need to be curious, give yourself permission, and be willing to find out.
We don't become ourselves by ourselves.
These experiences are for people who are genuinely ready. If something in you recognizes this, that recognition matters.
